Reverse Zombie (update)
Re: Reverse Zombie (update)
I haven't taken any assessments prior to actually going to school yet, I haven't had to. I can tell you that I don't have to take an English courses for a while because, despite you being the almighty grammar Nazi always shitting on my posts, I'm smart enough to score high on AP Language and AP Literature. (Also AP US Government, AP World History, and AP US History - but those are obviously history courses.)

I did something like that. Now I've got to take an upper-level english. Check with people to see if you don't have to. Just a heads-up.

Re: Reverse Zombie (update)
Yeah, I'm sure I'll have to take something eventually just because of my concentration, but I wasn't really going to worry about it for a while. I've got four years.

Well if that's the case, then I scored 150 points above average (650) on writing. So you can treat that as a big old "fuck you." from the College Board. As I've always maintained, I don't know everything there is to know about everything, but for someone who just graduated from high school I know quite a fucking bit. At least I can structure a sentence correctly, and I know the difference between my "there/their/they'res" which is better than exactly 99% of the rest of idiots on the internet.
Oh, and I don't run around like a complete retard making obnoxious "LOL U SPELLED THAT WURD WRONG" or "LERN 2 MASTER ONE LANGUAGE LOLOLOL" posts and then cite Internet colloquialisms every time I fuck up.

We had to do a completely other test, campus-wide in junior year, for every major. If you're a compete dumbass and fail, you get a chance to take it again senior year.

I mean the college-by-college one that I had to take in both Chicago and Texas. They made a huge deal out of it, they were like, OMG you must double and triple check your spelling and grammar... it's like, first off you aren't serious, secondly I wouldn't care if you were...GUARD!AN wrote:Turkey, I'm pretty sure the writing section of the SAT is what they yews to check for writing proficiency these days.
