I've been continuing my investigation about this guy, well he must be kinda 'nerd' (sry don't know better word for it xd) he is a map creator in lugor mod, se he may have the knowledge to hack in to an ethernet port.

In response to the idea that CREATER_X might be Guard, while it isn't uncommon for Guard to alias on Tempest and check up on his admins and stuff, it's very unlikely that he would subject the entire population of Tempest to no restarts, bots, etc for a week+ just for some elaborate April fools prank.
