Clearly its ceasar lagging out with no internet while sending a message to Magyk saying how his internet is down.

You notice a small section at the base of the note appears to have been torn away. A later autopsy reveals the portion of the note to be amongst contents of Caesar's stomach. There are no signs that he was forced to eat the paper and you believe he may have mistaken it for food.
