Ive never worked in the food service industry, and i've recieved tips 20$ plus.

Heh well the meals where I work are usually around 20ish bucks for a family of four. Tips are generally 20% so you figure they'er paying about right. However served a family of 7 witha partner and they tipped us 11ish dollars which we split.
