thanks nightwatch. I am not sure who u r but you are right on concerning flaming. To many peeps think they are badass trying to flame and bully(also known as bitching) instead of doing what's best for the majority and the game.

So far I see 7/10 people who feel we should have a spec join rule, the final decision will be made by next weekend, so everyone has until then to post thoughts. (Note that the decision will not be made based on the vote, but merely influence it)

imo i don't wanna be dealing with some idiot spe joineres, they don't have any effect on ppl playing on tempest
they don't bother anyone so why spend time dealing with them, im shure most of you don't like dealing with rule- breakers, so why increase them unnecessarily(is that whow u spell?).

Yeah, there have historically been pubs though, when SOME "pro" players (specifically AchilleZ/Hawk) would uber shield spam and mine spam pub servers and keep spec joining.

A rule against spec joining as far as my intentions go would be to prevent that specifically. Not as much spec join to stop a spawn wait.
