People can improve if you tell them what to do. It's nothing personal when I bitch at people on my team. I just want people to play better so the pug is a higher level and is more fun. For example, saying "stand on the shield u faggot" is really just in-game shorthand for "Since no enemies are nearby, it benefits our team for you to preserve the shield's life and possibly save the objective later since the shield will be up for longer when we need it to be up. Since the rest of the team is playing a gunclass, you are the best choice to be the person to stand on the shield."
