People can improve if you tell them what to do. It's nothing personal when I bitch at people on my team. I just want people to play better so the pug is a higher level and is more fun. Jawa and I bitched at Piiipe all the time on vent when he was starting out at jan, and now he is pretty good at jan.

I don't think it's realistic to expect any of the grumpier vets to start being "nicer", generally. I think better advice is to tell new puggers to have a thick skin and to not take trash talk personally, but instead to parse out the important bits.
