nope, if they had we would have seen a jk4 by now, heh. i would give you the key that went along with the discs anyways. that's another nice thing about steam, not having to worry about losing keys and inserting discs to play and stuff.Theomancer wrote:Wow, that'd be outstanding -- thanks a bunch! I actually think I may look into getting some kind of deal going with LucasArts/Raven/Whomever where we can license/sell/whatever the game on this website to people (not for profit, just for spreading the jka love...I'm not really out to make money from JKAsiege or JKA in general)

Thanks a bunch for the kind reception, guys!
So, how do most people play multiplayer JA nowadays? Lots of force, or no force? Lightsabers-only, or all weapons? Seige maps only, or all kinds of game modes?

Well everyone on this website plays Siege (with all default force and weapons enabled). We have a bunch of people who play CTF regularly, but not very many FFA'ers. Oh, and I think everyone here has also MB2'ed regularly at some point or another.Theomancer wrote:Thanks a bunch for the kind reception, guys!

Not sure if you ever got around to trying MB2, but it's fun for a while: http://www.moviebattles.com/

Re: Introducing Myself =)
Welcome. Always nice to see new (old) people.
I personally haven't played for a while, but check our the server list in-game to see where people (can) play. Last time I checked, there were a bunch of MB2 servers. I notice them, because I dislike them.
I felt that MB2 'stole' all the siegers. I tried out MB2 but found it way too slow, so I stuck with Siege.
I suppose there are still duel and ffa servers up and running, probably both with and without force enabled.
What gametypes did you yews to play back in the days?

Bob: The Danes aren't a major world power, don't particularly hate us to the extent of suicide bombers, and provide no major benefit; therefore we don't pay them much attention.
Kerafym: Did Yoda just try to make fun of my grammar?
wat?

Re: Introducing Myself =)
Let's see from what I see....
I'm on an almost entirely siege diet. Not too many base seige left, mostly all MB2, as sakke noted. I kinda liked MB2 from its more diverse weaponry, but my game kept crashing due to it, so I removed.
I've seen a decent amount of ctf, not really played it.
Lots of duel and ffa servers, but also a lot just for clan advertisement. It also seems most are hell-bent on removing guns and force (other than jump) from the gameplay. Could be not looking hard enough, or not caring enough, though.
