That's what kills it, and most maps IMO.

last obj on cargo ruins the map and is the worst objective in siege, there is no strategy to it, you just wait for the 20 minutes and hope that someone will make a HUGE mistake to let the offence team through.

I actually don't think that's true at all. If I had to estimate, I'd say that about 80% of the cargo games I've played throughout my siege career (Which consists of a lot of games) were won I under 20 mins.

I can say the exact same thing about almost every siege map tbh. If you
make it through hoth codes, des arena, korri blue/green, or that fourth or fifth obj on nar (it's a hack. Specific, huh?) then it's all basically because either D team was shitty or someone fucked up. Why should cargo be criticized for having the same flaws as every other map?

cargo's flaws are a lot worse, the objectives before the last one are normally completed in under 10 mins then the round lasts 20 mins anyway because you have to run through the defence spawn to complete it, and you can just defend one corridor if you want

How is that any different than codes really? Objectives on either side of Hoth can be 5 minutes each, but codes can turn into a 10-15 minute roadblock depending on the teams. You have to run through the defenses spawn (basically) and all they have to do is defend one door. The one Nar objective I'm talking about (which I've decided is the 5th obj) you have to run directly through the D's spawn to get to the hack, and all they have to do is keep shielding a little overhang. Almost every played siege map has one or two very straight forward objectives where you have to run through or very close to the D spawn, and where the defense only has to defend one very narrow area. No one bitches about them.

You don't have to run right by them at Hoth codes. The difference is that if a dude is on their way to deliver the codes in the big area outside the rebel bunker, and the entire defense spawns, it takes a stroke of luck to stop that codes carrier. You'd have to rocket or golan spam the doorway to the code console, or someone would have to go lando and snipe them (not as easy when reborn boss have saber defense 3).

With Cargo, you literally run right into them as you're trying to complete the obj. That's the difference, Magyk.

If you were going to yews a Hoth analogy, you should have used the hangar since you really do have to run right by them to get that obj. But it's also a really short obj distancewise, not like last obj Cargo where you have to get the codes, get through all the hallways (much longer distance to travel), only to potentially run right into the entire defense as they spawn around you. Hoth hangar, then, is comparable to the Nar hack at the second to last obj... if anything it's a bit shorter than the hangar, and no walls to splash against either.

Cargo is all small doorways being spammed.

I've suggested moving the final defense spawn before.

Not sure where....maybe just keep it the same as the next to last?
