1. We were having that rcon login problem on old impulse last night
2. Turkey has lost all credibility now when calling out people for pugkilling
3. Turkey is banned from the new Impulse indefinitely, once I get the rcon fixed he will be banned from the old one too indefinitely

Unsure why this needs to be indefinite. There's a limited number of people already and now we're looking at a permanent -1? Why isn't this just a temporary ban?

I don't know why Turk went AFK this time around, I honestly wasn't paying attention. However, whatever his reasons were, the only harm done was that someone had to sub out. The pug didn't die, no one was seriously injured and yet we're looking at permanently banning a player? I can't help but think this is being done a little too hastily.

If someone wants to enlighten me as to why this particular occurrence was anything worse than the others or why this was considered the last straw, I'd love to hear it. Or are we going with the old 'we'll do what we want because we can and we don't have to explain ourselves' line on this one?

it's Guard's new law, he did make it clear to us. If you pug kill you are banned until someone else gets banned for the same offence. If nothing happens for a while then an unbanning will be considered.

It doesn't seem like that's the case here though.

Also, yea, been playing for about a week now.

Well, first of all VDS had to have a sub so the other team gets Jawa for VDS. :/

Then, Lorax or someone lags out and they get trk for lorax.

Then trk gets mad at his team and specrages causing us to lose Guard.

So it winds up being like Me, shulba, and fool vs jawa, pipe, and raptor.

I don't think I've played a pug this week in which the teams remained the same from beginning to end.

Trk has been insisting that the reason he goes AFK during PUGs is that there is some emergency which makes him do so...Last night he did what he always does when things don't go his way (always) and he just laughed in vent about it. Was quite surprised that he actually admitted he was just being a fag with Guard on the server, playing, AND in vent.

There's no real excuse for ruining pugs this way and who cares if it's one less dude if we can actually have decent pugs?

Hoth atst laming and jan self demping atst. When warned about report and ban, he laughed and said it was not against the rules, then continued to take the atst back towards the start of the map after the bridge was activated. Any time someone else managed to get into the atst, he'd change class to jan and demp it.

Sometimes i wish i had KA to stop some of this madness.
