Any way you slice it, I took a gamble on kicked you for illegally obtaining and using admin. At which point you abused admin, which you shouldn't have had, by banning an rS admin. Oops. Huge mistake bro.

There's actually a bunch of flaws with what you just said, I'll just point out the biggest one:
Guard has historically never banned people for admin fights. You know. Between people that are supposed to have admin.
