cerebral palsy doesn't have much to do with poor grammar or english. it's not a learning disorder or anything of the sort - it loosely means poor/underdeveloped motor functions. if his post was riddled with legitimate typos (it seems he's just wording things oddly to me, anyway), it'd make sense.

i personally prefer using it to draw a parallel between people and hitting the wrong buttons if hitting buttons at all. i.e a player activates an ability poorly aimed or at the wrong time - i suspect they have a disability causing them to sporadically push buttons or preventing them from pressing buttons appropriately, hence cerebral palsy.

flyer has no idea what he's talking about. he should probably start googling disabilities before he starts pretending to know anything about them.
