I disagree entirely. My point is that is proves nothing by itself. There are too many variables unaccounted for.

I'm insinuating that mental illness is a vastly more problematic issue than lack of legislation.

anyways. i tihnk the point of people who commints homicide. by stealing, self deffense, accident w/e plus social problems, money etc... it's all an equation. i think the legislation shit shouln'd be an issue when u can trust in someone who won't abuse it. but like i said there is a lot . alot of things to take in consideration, Besides u never how mentally sane is somneone to get to the point where the result of his own equation is someone dead.
