Though I'm technically a legal resident of PA (where we keep guns around mostly for the odd bear/mountain lion), I usually spend most of the week in NYC. Two neighborhoods over, I wouldn't walk around after dark. Light skinned people aren't exactly welcome there lol. Also rarely to occasionally hear gunfire in my neighborhood.

And that is a city where there is no carry. Criminals get guns, people do not.

I don't think we have a topic for this, so I'm just gonna drop this mini-rant here because this is already a controversial/debatey topic, wheeeeeee!
How is it that Obama abandoned Americans under fire and watched them die just so he could try to keep up the illusion that he had "defeated Al Qaeda" and no one cares? It's laughable that his political ambitions are so much more important than American lives that can surely easily be replaced! Now with Benghazi, the AP, IRS, and Fast & Furious scandals it's insane to think that this President won't get impeached, right? Nixon was (nearly) impeached for far less of a crime, and no Americans died because of Watergate. I think his hysterical that the left wanted to charge the Bush admin. with war crimes, but no one seems to care that this assclown straight up left dudes there to die, when he could have (at least have attempted to) stop it from happening. Also Government Motors, ObamaCare, inability to take Iran seriously, failing to "fix" the economy (over-promise on his part to begin with, still his fault), failure to back up his talk on Syria (didn't they cross a "red line"?) Guantanamo is still open, wheeeeeeee!
Food stamp Nation grows by the day, sadly. somebody man up and lead an investigation into the WH so we can impeach this assclown, because we certainly wouldn't be any worse off with Joe "Captain Blunder" Biden (which is tragic in itself)

EDIT: With over 500 republican/conservative groups targeted by the IRS for intimidation and extreme scrutiny (and also no way to estimate the number of other groups that were discouraged from forming because of this) as well as leftist groups that had their applications routinely approved can we even know for sure if this guy should be president? the impact this may have had on the 2012 election is incalculable.
