whats the policy on specjoining? joining spec then joining team everytime he dies/ almost die so to get around the siege 20 second timer. is it fair play or not?

Not allowed, whether Tempest or Impulse (if it's a live pug).

Othello ex was doing that. using Drunkenmaster's spamming as an excuse. server rules allow spamming too, so Othello throws a tantrum for something like that :/
