Taking advantage of no admin

We should make taking advantage of a game where an admin without the password because they have changed thanks to fucking flyer a punishable offense.

These include: completing objectives before anybody loads game because there cannot be a restart even when asked to wait, purposely stacking teams and discon/reconning to do so, and being general faggots in particular.
