Hi all. I’m not super familiar with fax machines, so I’m worried I’ll walk into FedEx and not know what to press. I’ve heard some locations make you do it yourself and others have staff helping. Before embarrassing myself, is there any place online where I can read how the process actually works?

Hi. I was nervous about that too - those machines can be intimidating. I ended up reading a walkthrough on kavyadixit.com that explains how faxing at FedEx works, including whether employees assist or if it’s self-serve. It honestly gave me confidence before I went. I’d recommend checking it — it makes the whole process way less confusing.
