Traded Tempest with Impulse till further notice

EscapedTurkey has greatly failed me today. Apparently they assigned another server the same IP address and port as mine, and that server had priority to launch over my server...
So until I figure this out, I moved Tempest to Impulse's machine. Check the tracker on the main page for more info

Yeah I'm sure our euro population will have a much more enjoyable experience pubbing now. Maybe I'll switch them back come summer, or just get another east coast server for Impulse and close the Dallas one. We'll see. For now I'm going to leave this as is, it seems to be doing ok so far.
