Are FedEx fax machines self-service or assisted?

Hi all. I’m not super familiar with fax machines, so I’m worried I’ll walk into FedEx and not know what to press. I’ve heard some locations make you do it yourself and others have staff helping. Before embarrassing myself, is there any place online where I can read how the process actually works?

Hi. I was nervous about that too - those machines can be intimidating.
