As far as I know, council admins can ban. I've never had to yews my council admin to ban anyone, so I can't actually say for sure.

I tried to unban you and look at the logs, but since the switch, my login seems to no longer work.

Yeah i can back this up as well. I arrived a bit late to the party but there certainly was some serious midgetdoor spamming. I can't attest to any lift laming but there was lift camping as i got spammed in the face by a mine, halfway up the lifts. Whilst i didn't logon i gave a few warnings but was simply told to stfu. After the kick/ban slugfest the game pretty much died afterwards.

Yes, I clearly remember Padawan (7) say to baconiser: "stfu wombat".

However, now I have a feeling it wasn't Duo because since the new server, everybody's pings in America have gone down. I remember back in Impulse, Duo's ping was 60. In this instance, Padawan (7)'s was 80+.

EDIT: How similar are Tempest and Impulse pings?
