There's actually a bunch of flaws with what you just said, I'll just point out the biggest one:
Guard has historically never banned people for admin fights. You know. Between people that are supposed to have admin.

Also, I notice that once again you say you're willing to upload the demo but fail to do so. There's an easy-to-yews upload attachment feature on these forums. Please yews it.
