I'm doing my list by my top 3 for all the consoles I've ever owned; you can do yours however you want.

PC:
#1.) Crimson Skies
#2.) Syberia
#3.) Day of the Tentacle

Sega Genesis:
#1.) Aladdin
#2.) Sonic 2
#3.) Tailspin

N64:
#1.) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
#2.) Hydrothunder
#3.) 1080° Snowboarding

PS1:
#1.) Twisted Metal 1
#2.) Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back
#3.) Sledstorm

PS2:
#1.) Final Fantasy X (The only FF game I have ever played and genuinely liked.)
#2.) Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
#3.) SSX Tricky
(Beyond Good & Evil barely misses this list.)

PS3:
#1.) Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
#2.) Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
#3.) Dead Space

Gamecube:
#1.) Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (MGS1 Remake- SiliconKnights did a fantastic job, Idc what anyone says)
#2.) Resident Evil 4
#3.) Crazy Taxy

Wii:
#1.) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
#2.) The BIGS
#3.) MarioKart: Wii

GameBoys:
#1.) Poke'Mon Pinball W/ Rumble Pack (Eat it biatch)
#2.) Fire Emblem
#3.) Poke'Mon Red/Blue/Yellow (Leaf Green, Gold also good.)

OVERALL LIST:

#1.) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - N64
#2.) Metal Gear Solid (Original\Twin Snakes - I own both and played MGS back in the day, though I prefer TTS now.) - PS\GC
#3.) Crimson Skies - PC
#4.) 007: The World is Not Enough - N64
#5.) Metal Gear Solid: Sons of Liberty - PS2
#6.) Day of the Tentacle - DOS/PC
#7.) Kings Quest 5 (Probably the first game I can ever remember playing, I can beat it in litterally a 45 minute speed run, I still love it.) - DOS/PC
#8.) HydroThunder (Arcade Edition) - ARC
#9.) Morrowind (Beats the shit out of Oblivion, I don't care what you say - It's the truth.) - PC/Xbox (XBOX is shit, I con't care what you say - it's the truth.)
#10.) Crazy Taxy - ARC

All Time Series:

#1.) Metal Gear
#2.) The Legend of Zelda
#3.) Midtown Madness (I refuse to acknowledge the existence of 3, which was terrible.)
#4.) Syberia
#5.) Resident Evil

I'll try this off the top of my head. I might be leaving out a few that I can't think of right now.

NES
1. Duck Hunt
2. Donkey Kong
3. Super Mario Bros. 3

SNES
1. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
2. Mortal Kombat 3
3. Super Mario Kart

PSX
1. Final Fantasy VIII
1. Final Fantasy VII
1. Metal Gear Solid
(all tied)

PS2 & Xbox
1. Metal Gear Solid 2 Demo (It was perfect before we saw what the rest of the game was when the full version came out. The demo was perfection before they ruined it.)
2. Metal Gear Solid 3
3. Splinter Cell: Pandora Tommorow

PS3 & Xbox 360
1. Mass Effect
2. Grand Theft Auto 4
3. Fallout 3

PC
1. Age of Empires II
2. reborn boss Knight 2 (Single player was awesome. So was multiplayer before all the shitty mods started to come out(like JediMOD, the precursor to what would become modern-day JA+)).
3. X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter series

Arcade
1. The Simpsons
2. Die Hard Arcade
3. X-Men

Atari 2600:

1) Pac-Man
2) Combat
3) Pigs in Space (Seriously...it was good.)

Gameboy:

1) Tetris
2) NBA All-Star Challenge
3) Jordan VS. Bird

Genesis:

1) Starflight (This is one of my favorite games of all-time. Need one with awesome graphics/same gameplay for PC.)
2) Lakers vs. Celtics and the NBA Playoffs
3) Sonic the Hedgehog

PC:

1) reborn boss Academy (Probably spent more time playing this than any other...sooooo.)
2) Xwing/Tiefigher Series
3) Full Throttle

That's about it...I never owned an NES, Playstation, or anything else, but I played quite a bit at friends' houses.

Got my nephews and niece a 360 for Christmas and I'm really digging this Guitar Hero/Rockband stuff.

Got 'em the 'World Tour' set-up a couple months ago and played it so much I got blisters on my fingers.

p.s. - Duo and Padawan both posted while I was trying to remember what I actually played....

Full Throttle was better, IMO. Very similar gameplay. The soundtrack was awesome and the voice acting superb.

I knew I was forgetting something. Those games kicked ass. I'm putting the series in my PC list above Monkey Island.

I've played most of the 90's LucasArts adventure games, Including both TSOMI and Full Throttle. Both of which are fantastic games, but I found Full Throttle to be very short - I beat it in three hours, whereas TSOMI probably took me like 2 weeks and somewhere in 10-15 hours back in the day.

If you like either through, I recommend Maniac Mansion, Day of the Tentacle, Grim Fandango, Sam & Max Hit the Road, or Monkey Island II, III, and V AKA "Tales of Monkey Island" (Four is terrible, and I sort of wish it never happened.)
