Yeah, usually work with blunted weapons when people'll agree to it. Usually they pussy out for wood.Ramshi wrote:fuark i wouldnt mind a bit of swordplay. Going through the motions of it helps if you keep at it for a long enough time.

I've never weapon sparred before but I have heard good things about it in most circles. I myself keep mostly to contemporary strength training, and occasionally kettle bell training.

I run a bit (actually I'll compete in a half-marathon this Sunday), and I just recently started going to the gym as well. Nothing serious though.

Bob: The Danes aren't a major world power, don't particularly hate us to the extent of suicide bombers, and provide no major benefit; therefore we don't pay them much attention.

It's quite fun, and can get pretty intense. I do it more for the enjoyment than the actual exercise, though.Drizzt wrote:I've never weapon sparred before but I have heard good things about it in most circles.

whats ur best beep test resultTomadox wrote:I run quite often for my school. I have a lot of friends that are really good runners so that helps me to push myself. I find that running is a great way of exercising if you can find the time for it and be motivated to do it. I run maybe only 3 times a week, but get around 24 km done. I also play rep soccer twice a week with a game on Saturdays, and in the summer I bike to the gym wih my cousin because all the snow is gone.

16.0 I think. I'll probably have a much better score by the end of High School though.
