game ends and people brb 10 more minutes, 10 more minutes to decide the new pug capts, 20 more minutes to pick because someone is afk, then redo all the steps because someone didn't think the teams were even and rage quitted

Hasn't this always been the PUG experience? Half of the time when I get invited to a game, I'll say no because I know I don't have the time to sit through all the bullshit.
