Also one other rule i think should be established. Tempest players lately have had the brilliant idea of spec-joining to avoid max. ie:during hoth rush on tempest several just spec join to avoid max. I propose to make this a "written" rule of tempest at least.

but otherwise i'm for the rule Magyk proposed. Heh lol we need senate meeting to vote on these bills. Mine is senate bill no.7 and Magyks is senate bill no.8
it's "hear hear" you dumbshit. Like, with EARS, and shit. You're not talking to a fucking dog like "here here, doggie!"
Thanks for adding the the conversation you driveling cunt. Seriously, gtfo if you aren't saying anything useful.

@Ceasar, if you see anyone spec/joining to avoid a max just warn them, forceteam them to their own team (to selfkill them) and on a third strike kick them.

You know what kills siege even more than punishing a person or two? Having that person show up to a pug, and then leave in the MIDDLE to go play another game. That not only kills THAT pug, but it deters others from wanting to pug in the future. (Especially with whoever left.)

I'm not saying we ban for "oh shit, gotta go. phone." or ban for "gotta go, dinner." or "brb dad fell off ladder." I'm saying we bar people from pugs who leave in between rounds without so much as a word and IMMEDIATELY start playing a DIFFERENT GAME. You can't wait TWENTY minutes max before leaving to play another video game? Really? Really?

What we should do instead of banning them is make them auto-last-pick, that way if there is an odd number of people in the server (or if there are 10 people, but you're only playing 4s) TOUGH shit. Don't pug kill, and maybe you wouldn't be the auto-last-pick.

You realize that there aren't enough active siegers to try and punish them, right?

Fine. Next time we pug, I'm going to leave mid-round and go play another game. Let's see how fun it is when no one is there to sub me and I go off to play Dragon Age or something.

if someone is such a faggot to leave in the middle of a pug well just don't pick him again, or at least u know what kind of people he's
if someone has reasons to leave well.. bad luck for us

1. I agree with Magyk.
2. Caesar, its hear hear, not here here. LOL.
3. How many people actually know how to spec join, let alone bind it? I mean i have it, but only for when i'm trolling around and not actually playing a game i.e. when me and bunny used to mess around on tempest in a 2v0.
4. Yes, kicking people from games does kill siege, but most of the time they just reconnect and do the right thing. For instance, I kicked a guy for continuously teamswitching and then he reconnected and stayed the fuck on defense.
5. It really would be great if someone made a video on youtube or some other shit about siege. I might do that one day, except I don't know the yews as most people don't go around buying a 9 or so year old game to play.

I'm probably hoping for too much, but that's my view.

*bunny and I*

Just thought I'd put it out there since we're now all so Nazi about syntactic and jargonistic correctness.

^I don't actually think you can kick for team switching, unless someone is doing it to intentionally super-stack the teams or something.
