^I don't actually think you can kick for team switching, unless someone is doing it to intentionally super-stack the teams or something.

If there's sufficeint compliant, and they won't switch back, I forceteam, especially with chronic teamswitchers. Usually they stop, or they keep doing it, get pissed, and quit.

There are never any justified complains though, it's always "omg XXXXX is such a noob teamswitcher!"

That's why I used 'sufficient'. Personally, I'd forceteam every noobswitcher the first time they did it, no warning. But as that would be bad admining, enforcing my personal pet peeve, I do it when there's enough people complaining about it.

The only teamswitching that really, really gets on my nerves is when I teamswitch someone to balance the teams (after asking people to balance, I usually just switch someone at complete random) and they switch back.

A) I stopped playing SWTOR to come pug with you guys.

B) I waited for 30 mins at least before dudes even started capting.....even after several people told me to come 'NOW.'

C) Pretty good round until the MIDGET SPAM....Sorry I am NOT going to stay for a MIDGET SPAM pug I wasn't real excited about in the first place.

We asked you to come "NOW" because we were waiting on you and schrute. 30 minutes is not a long wait for a pug. We were all there for an additional 45 minutes before hand waiting for you two to come, because you said you would be there.

How could there have been midget spam if we rolled the hangar? We got through that objective in about 2 minutes. Midget spam. Really.

I still love to play JA, but it's pretty annoying when the only sixth we can get is someone who is either a pub spammer, has no idea how to play a pug, and/or has to leave "in 10 mins."

So, as long as it's not a shitty "i g2g in 10" pug and I'm not doing something semi-important in some other game...I WILL COME2PUG.

Our group was Schrute, Afro, Ramshi, Piston, Ceasar, Magyk, Archi. That's far from a pug of "shitty pub spammers" and no one had to "g2g in 10 minutes" except for Ramshi who was spectating anyway.
