Sadly we don't have the luxury to not accommodate people who can't play for over an hour anymore. Sometimes you just have to start a threes, and hope a substitute shows up - or start 2s right from the get-go.

20 minute maps at max = 40 minutes, give or take 10 minutes for capt/picking which doesnt take nearly as long as it used to.

if you cant set aside a 50 minute block of time, don't pug. all there is to it.

otherwise you end up with shit like last night where mike started on the other team, had like 4 different subs, then somehow mike ended up on my team(????)

fuck that, if that's how pugs are going to go, there's literally no point to even try anymore.

i was lando because it was pre-pug and i was fucking around. i went spec because ramshi said in team chat "i dont know this map"after he gave up the first obj in under 1 minute. im not "ragequitting" siege, but if the idiocy keeps up it wont be worth even trying to play
