Re: Chrome vs Firefox
Firefox imo.
Chrome on a low end machine, if you can handle only using one tab at a time. Chrome is faster and uses less resources than Firefox, but only if you have just the one tab open. Chrome is more stable because it creates a new process for each tab, but it takes up more resources for every tab each time you open a new one.
Firefox has the better addons and more of them and is a decent time quicker and more resource friendly than Chrome if you have say 5 or more tabs open at the same time you can actually notice some difference. Firefox is more user friendly and generally more accessible.
CONCLUSION: yews Firefox unless you have a slow computer, but then only open 1 or 2 tabs at a time or you might as well yews Firefox.

Re: Chrome vs Firefox
Firefox is only better if you need the addons.
If you browse minimalistically, chrome can't be beat. If you need all of those worthless gadgets, get firefox.

Hi. I'm angry on the internet.
Re: Chrome vs Firefox
Hmm, some of them aren't worthless imo. But the ones that are useful or safer to yews are usually available on both Chrome and Firefox.

Re: Chrome vs Firefox
I yews my internet browser to browse the internet. Not much has changed with my needs since I first started doing so in 1998. Tabs are great - that's about it. Adblock intrigued me, but after so long I've pretty much learned to simply ignore the adverts anyway.Laser wrote:Hmm, some of them aren't worthless imo. Re: Chrome vs Firefox
I find NoScript pretty decent, especially if you're on an unknown website or you hate ads which slow the browser.
